Before proceeding, please call the shuttle provider at the phone number on your Reservation Receipt.
Notify them that you wish to cancel. Please request and record the cancellation number from the shuttle provider. Failure to call the hotel may result a no-show charge. Please refer to the shuttle cancellation policy at the bottom of your Reservation Receipt.
This step will process a refund/credit of your Deposit and Service Fee that you have already paid.
